Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions family offices, trustees and wealth managers ask most often.
General
What is a family office operating system?
A platform in which a family office runs mandates, structures, wealth, documents, compliance and tasks in one system instead of many separate tools.
Who is FLIORE for – and who is it not for?
For single and multi family offices, trustees, independent wealth managers and foundations. Not for tracking a single custody account, financial accounting or trading.
Does FLIORE replace my portfolio management system?
No. FLIORE complements it with mandates, structures, documents, compliance and a consolidated wealth overview.
Single and multi family office
Is FLIORE worthwhile for a small single family office?
Yes. You can start with a few mandates; further functions are used when they are needed.
How does FLIORE separate the data of different families?
The database itself enforces the separation between organisations; in the portal each family sees only what has been shared with it.
Does FLIORE support FinIA and AMLA obligations?
FLIORE maps KYC files, risk assessments, periodic reviews and an audit trail. Legal responsibility remains with the institution.
Security and data location
Where is the data stored?
Database and documents in Switzerland (Zurich region); application hosting runs on EU infrastructure.
Who can see my data?
Only people in your organisation with the right role, and families with explicit sharing. The database enforces the separation between organisations.
How does the four-eyes principle work?
Sensitive actions such as deletions, archiving or large revaluations require approval by a second person; nobody can approve their own request.
Pricing and onboarding
How much does FLIORE cost?
Current plans are listed on the pricing page. You can sign up directly on the website.
Can I bring over data from Excel?
Yes, structures and assets can be imported, and bank statements in camt.053 or MT940 format.
Which languages does FLIORE support?
German, English, French and Spanish; each person works in their own language.
