Mandates & UBOs

Every person recorded once, every company, trust and foundation linked — with roles, their history and look-through.

A mandate in FLIORE is the full picture of a client relationship: the natural persons behind it, the legal entities they own or control, and the trusts and foundations that sit between them. Structures are modelled as they actually exist: each person is recorded once and holds dated roles — director, shareholder, beneficial owner, settlor, trustee and more — in as many entities as needed, while entities are linked to each other with shareholding percentages and look-through consolidation.

What it does

People register

Each person exists once, with their details, notes and documents such as passports or proof of address. A change to a person applies to every entity they are linked to.

Roles with history

A person can hold several roles in the same entity — director and shareholder, for example — each with a start date. Ended roles are kept with start and end date, so former board members remain on record.

Linked structures

Connect companies, trusts and foundations with shareholding or control relationships and percentages. Circular holdings are rejected, and the structure view shows who holds what at a glance.

Look-through consolidation

Roll wealth up through the structure so a family's total position is correct even when it is held through several intermediate entities.

Jurisdiction awareness

Each entity carries its jurisdiction, so downstream compliance can assess beneficial owners against the right local rules.

Audit trail

Changes to people, roles and links are recorded in the audit trail with user and time.

In practice

A multi-jurisdiction family

A family holds real estate through a Liechtenstein foundation, an operating business through a Swiss AG, and listed assets in a personal account. FLIORE models all three with the persons and their roles in each entity, links the entities, and consolidates the family's total wealth in one reporting currency.

Questions, answered

What is a UBO?

An ultimate beneficial owner is the natural person who ultimately owns or controls an entity. In FLIORE you record beneficial owners with their share per entity; the compliance module assesses them against the disclosure threshold of the relevant jurisdiction.

Can FLIORE handle trusts and foundations?

Yes. Trusts and foundations are first-class structures with settlors, beneficiaries, protectors and controllers, and look-through works through them.
