Network verification
Verify a beneficial owner once — recognised across the network, with consent.
Beneficial owners are often verified again and again by different providers. Network verification lets a verification, once done, be recognised across the FLIORE network — but only with explicit consent, and without ever weakening the hard isolation between tenants.
What it does
Verify once
A beneficial owner verified in one mandate can be recognised elsewhere, reducing duplicate KYC work.
Consent-based
Recognition happens only with explicit consent; nothing is shared silently.
Isolation stays absolute
Tenant isolation is never weakened — network recognition is a signal, not shared data access.
Audit trail
Every recognition is recorded on both sides.
The same UBO, two providers
A beneficial owner already verified by one trust company appears in another's onboarding. With consent, the second provider sees that a verification exists — saving duplicate work while keeping data isolated.
Questions, answered
Does network verification share my client data?
No. It is a consent-based recognition signal. Tenant isolation stays absolute; data is not shared across tenants.
Is consent required?
Yes. Recognition happens only with explicit consent.
